PURPOSE: RECONSTRUCT RUNWAY. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED/EXPECTED OUTCOMES: THIS PROJECT RECONSTRUCTS 8,000 FEET OF EXISTING PAVED RUNWAY 6R/24L THAT HAS REACHED THE END OF ITS USEFUL LIFE. THIS GRANT FUNDS PHASE 1, WHICH CONSISTS OF PRELIMINARY DESIGN. INTENDED BENEFICIARY: THIS GRANT WILL PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR AIRPORTS ASSOCIATED WITH CLEVELAND, OHIO.
